Subject: A Thank you to TekTanks & First Marine 

  Good Evening TekTanks / First Marine,

I am emailing you to express my gratitude to Tek Tanks and First Marine Services for designing and fitting two new water tanks on our Rival 32 (Troskala).  It was unfortunate that on the 2nd December travelling back from Calais to St Katharine's that we encountered a force 9 in the Thames Estuary, our flexible plastimo water tanks both ruptured during this time leaving us with no fresh water.  As we are living on Troskala in St Katharine's before we set off on a circumnavigation we were stuck with no water through the winter,which was not an option for my girlfriend.  I made a phone call to Tek Tanks the Monday we arrived back after being recommended by other friends to use your company.  Upon calling,  a very professional service was offered and in the same day Peter from First Marine Services  called and offered acceptance that he would carry out the work if we chose to go ahead.  On the Thursday of the same week Peter arrived from Southampton to complete the models of the two tanks, he worked late into the night so that he could get the models back to the work-shop to be made before Christmas !!  

I am very grateful for the turn around from model to tanks that Tek Tanks provided. In just over a week  Peter was back with new tanks in hand and a fantastic chopping board with Troskala's name imprinted; this was a fantastic touch which even  my girlfriend liked as it was very difficult for her to get excited about water tanks !! 

Peter from  First Marine has completed a first class job in Troskala.  Throughout the process his communication, workmanship and hard work have been 1st class and we will happily use him again for future work.  As for Tek Tanks, the quality of your product, professionalism and turn-around are very impressive and I will not have to think twice in recommending your product to anyone who asks my advice.

 Again, thank you both for all your efforts in making our winter aboard more enjoyable and giving me confidence in your product.
